Pepperoni-jalapeño pizza and a glass of beer on the windowsill, with bush planes parked on the Fairbanks East Ramp behind

From this table,
you can see Alaska take off.

A wood-fired pizzeria built into a hangar on the East Ramp of Fairbanks International. Bush planes on one side of the glass. A 625° Woodstone oven on the other. You, somewhere in between.

The premise

Two things Fairbanks loves:
airplanes & good pizza.

So we built a place that gives you both at once. Pull a chair up to the window, watch a Super Cub line up for runway 02, and we'll have your pie out of the Woodstone in a few minutes.

Bush planes half-buried in snow on the Fairbanks East Ramp at a winter dawn
−30°F · still firing

Alaska doesn't close.
Neither do we.

Skis on the Cubs, plows on the ramp, fire in the oven. Some of our best nights happen when it's −30 outside and the rotating beacon cuts through the snow.

The waiting room

Wait in a row pulled from a real airplane.

While your pizza fires, settle into reupholstered seats from a decommissioned Alaska airliner. Walls of bush-pilot photography. Stacks of dog-eared aviation books. The whole place is a love letter to flying in the North.

Order at the counter under the propeller. Watch dough get stretched, sauced, peeled into the Woodstone. Pour something from Broken Tooth, 49th State, Denali Brewing, or Single Engine Red while you wait.

Coolest location in Fairbanks. Wood-fired pizza right by the runway — you can't beat it.

Best hidden gem in town. We sat for two hours watching planes and eating the best pizza we've had in Alaska.
